I used half n half instead of cream because i didn't have any on hand. The sauce was thin at first but thickened as it sat combined with the pasta.

Over cooked the shrimp a tad and only had half and half cream. I will definitely try it again.

I added mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes to mine. And used half and half instead of heavy whipping cream to make it a little lighter. Was delicious!

So easy & tasty, though it took awhile for the sauce to thicken (and it never became ‘creamy’ even though I threw in a bit more Parmesan) - after about 8 minutes I pulled it to avoid overcooking the shrimp. Adding spritzes of lemon before eating made a powerful difference I wasn’t expecting.
