Delicious! Took longer to cook the chicken but that could’ve just been because I’m a beginner. It’s a thick but very flavorful sauce, and it made a lot of sauce - probably enough for 5 chicken breasts. I will definitely be making this again!
This dish reminds me of the chicken and shrimp carbonara at olive garden. i added some red and yellow bell peppers to it for texture and taste. Sauce was very rich and creamy. Very delicious dish. This is one thats going into my personal recipe book for sure.

Turned out to be a flavorful recipe. I doubled the sauce b/c we're a saucy family. I also didn't have any black pepper...strangely enough...so I used a tad bit of chipotle Chile pepper. Hubby had seconds then finally said, "that was really good" and teenage son actually ate dinner with us...usually he says, "I'm not hungry." Since he makes a daily dent in the groceries (b/c of summer vacay), I don't push but this time he ate and he really liked it. I did as well so it'sa keeper..
So good! Really easy too!

Good meal, very filling which is great. I think I would add a bit extra garlic the next time I make this, definitely a great choice for a pretty quick dinner.
