Delicious! I never thought of cooking the macaroni in milk, it looks different so I thought it wasn't cooking, so I added more milk. It still tastes wonderful and was so easy, I'll never make boxed again! I also sauteed some onions and smoked sausage and added to it, it was divine!

I followed the recipe exactly using whole milk and this turned out horribly. It was a bland thick goopy mess and no one in the family enjoyed it. I've made mac and cheese before, from the box and home made, and never run into an issue like this. Hard pass.

This recipe is good. I added some garlic powder. I'd recommend using more than one type of cheese.

My husband and bulldog liked it, but I didn’t. The consistency would be fine, if I liked the taste. I used mild cheddar, and am not a fan. I think I’d enjoy different cheese, so “Next time, Gadget!”

the taste was wicked good. My only downfall was it kept thickening up on me a lot. i used whole milk to help thin it out but if i looked away for 1 minute it was think again.

I had to add at least 1 1/2 more milk and 3 tbsp of butter to get the noodles tender. Once I added the shredded cheddar cheese it became thick and sticky. My family hated it.

I've made this several times and it's always a hit! I add two cups of sharp cheddar and some heavy cream to make it extra yummy. Sometimes I even add bacon!

None of the family cared for this. Used whole milk, maybe that could have changed it. Also used 2 cups sharp cheddar. It came out grainy and did not have much of a cheese flavor. Also it took a lot more than the 2.5 cups of milk to cook the noodles. I recommend cooking the noodles to al dente before cooking with the milk.

I had to add milk to finish cooking the pasta and it turned out a little dry, but other than that it's good and really easy to make.

This recipie turned out EXCELLENT! I used whole milk (which curdles less in this case) and it was thick and creamy. My boyfriend is used to boiling pasta beforehand and he told me it would be gross with the milk. After his first bite he asked for more. Certainly a delicious fave! I stirred it almost constantly, so instead of stirring it often, I reccomend continuously stirring it and letting it rest once in awhile for 30 seconds. I also needed to add about 2tbsp of water.

This is delicious and very easy to do! Thought I think I've put too much cheese in it because it got less creamier and more sticky very fast. Try using a very sharp and orange cheese for a lot of flavor and color, that way you won't have to put too much cheese in it.
