    Horrible, I was doing good till the butter and flower didn’t mix’s and I just added milk to see if that’s was the case and it just turned into a dough and I add milk,cheese and the macaroni but it tasted horrible and I was really upset the turn that way

    Tried it tonight and it turned out fantastic. This recipe was VERY easy, and yielded an abundance. I seasoned a bit more with pepper and cayenne. I may add tobasco next time like someone else suggested.

    It turned out pretty good even tho I didn’t use sharp cheddar cuz I didn’t have any and I used medium cheddar Instead. The directions also didn’t load so that kinda sucked and I don’t know if I had made it correctly for sure, but i was satisfied with the result.

    I think in the future, I would add about 4 oz more sharp cheddar, and maybe reduce the amount of flour in the heavy cream, just to bump up the flavor of the cheese a bit, but this was a very creamy, tasty Mac n’ Cheese that my family thoroughly enjoyed.

    Pretty good but I'd 1/2 the recipe for the rue and milk and add tabasco to give it some kick.
