    I was skeptical. I really didn’t make it because it was Keto, I just love soup and it sounded good. This soup is probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted! I did not roast my peppers I just sautéed a red pepper with my onions and garlic. I am so serious, this is crazy tasty soup!! I ate it all week! Be generous with your garlic!

    it was decent. i definitely wanted more flavor. it was so creamy that it really overwhelmed alot of the flavors. i would also recommend mincing the garlic not chopping it.

    Y’all seriously need to make this! It’s beyond delicious. I’ve made multiple times. I add an additional roll of spicy Jimmy Dean sausage.

    One of my husband’s favorites!
    Very good soup I used 1 extra cup of broth. Needs salt and I added Italian seasoning. Also pepper. Spinach was the choice for the greens.

    I loved this recipe and ended up cooking brown rice, on the side, and adding it as the base to the soup. 10/10 would recommend.

    Delicious!!! Would make again! I used ground chicken and turkey because I had that already, but just added chili flakes and other spices! Add didn’t use celery and it’s fine. So good
