It is a great hearty recipe! This will be added to the repertoire of winter soups I will prepare on chilly evenings. The only changes I made was to add a little extra lite salt and a tsp of dried savory for a deepening of the flavor levels. It’s a keeper.

Turned out great! Traded the peppers for cherry tomatoes and used arugula. Would add a little Parmesan next time

Super rich and balanced. Silky cream with tons of sweetness and the rugula balances the flavor. Too high fat content but worth it.

Delicious! We doubled the veggies and halved the sausage. We also added some spices to the onions and celery as they were cooking (paprika, chile powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper, and an Italian blend), which added some great flavor! It is a very versatile recipe and tastes fantastic, so we would definitely recommend it.

So good! Might add some cauliflower next time just to give it a little more depth than just meat and peppers. I also used the hot breakfast sausage it gave it so much flavor without being spicy
