Extra-creamy, cheesy corn casserole gets a kick from Hatch green chile peppers! Great with tortilla chips for dinner parties!

- nonstick cooking spray
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. Hatch Green Chiles
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cans sweet corn kernels (14 oz. per can, drained)
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the cream cheese, chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until the cream cheese is completely smooth, 2-3 minutes. Fold in the corn kernels.

So simple and good! I recommend getting hot/spicy Chili's if you prefer a kick in your flavor.
