Easy and yummy! Made it with sauteed chicken instead of spinach, and the fam gobbled it up! We managed to have leftovers...not sure how! Will make again :)

I used 16 oz of tortellini and 9 oz of spinach would have been perfect! Let it simmer with the heavy cream before adding cheese. Great meal!

Sooo good! We also had mushrooms we needed to use so we threw them in too. It’s like the creamy sauce and the tortellini melted together in your mouth! Can wait to try it again!
