Amazing. I modified it slightly to follow the FODMAP diet required for myself. My partner loved it. I used Aubergine pesto. I used fresh cherry tomato’s, blended them and added it to the mix instead of sun-dried tomato’s. I used creme fresh. X

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I had to alter it a little bit and add a few things because the sauce was too runny at first but with the adjustments it turned out great. I put it over rice and my in-laws ate the leftovers all week because they liked it so much! Will make this again!

It was very good and easy to do! I switched the basil pesto for grilled pepper pesto and added a bouquet of fresh basil in the pot when adding the sauce to the veggies. I'm gonna cook this again for sure!

turned out great needed to add seasoning salt and beef bouillon for more flavor but otherwise this is a very quick dish and the family loves it. we had it with mashed potatoes and spinach

Excellent dish! Very easy to make. However, it may be better to use white onion instead of the red onion for this dish. Overall, great dish served with rice.

Pretty good although I may have added too much pesto. I used sun dried tomatoes as that’s all I had on hand. Very easy recipe and time conscious. I did up the seasonings as a result of increasing the chicken stock and cream due to the excess pesto and I added some spinach for my need to have a green veggie. I served over penne topped with a little Parmesan and thought it was flavorful and pretty filling.

This was amazing over penne pasta. My husband is a picky eater and loved it. I added more chicken stock and cook the pasta halfway done and added it into the sauce for the last 5-7 minutes. I took the chicken out when I reduced the liquid while cooking the pasta. Once the pasta was done, I added the chicken back in and put Parmesan cheese over the top before serving. Winner for sure!

It was very tasty!! I actually cooked it in a pressure cooker at high pressure for 20 minutes and a manual release for 10 minuets and it turned out great.
