Amazing! I used 16 oz of fat free sour cream, no added salt and beyond that followed the recipe. I'll be making this one again soon!!!

It was very tasty but a little watery. I think I’ll add less beef broth next time and more sausage.

Ok, way too much salt and too much liquid for 2 cups noodles. I recommend not adding the teaspoon of salt, or maybe trying a 0.5 teaspoon first and then salting more later. The condensed soup, broth, sausage, and Parmesan add enough salt on their own. I also recommend reducing the beef broth to two cups and increasing the noodles to 2.75 - 3 cups or you will have far too much liquid. I did 2.5 cups beef broth and 3 cups noodles and it was still too liquid for our taste. The flavor is good, just need to make a few adjustments and it would be great. I would consider adding mushrooms or mixed veggies for a bit of veggie power.
