    Substituted sugar with honey, and didn't have regular mustard but horseradish mustard, gave it a zing.

    I found that two tbs of sugar is sweet enough for my tastes but besides that It was just what I was looking for. It went perfectly with spicy pulled pork.

    I don't like the spiciness of the mustard. The recipe calls for way too much and I would leave it out altogether
