Whole family loved this! I added a bit of red pepper flakes to the white sauce mixture for a tad of heat and doubled the spinach. Super filling, very delicious and makes a ton! The recipe says 5 servings, but it made closer to 8-9. If you are super hungry it may be 5-6 servings.
