Delicious! Ended up with more liquid than I expected, but I simmered a few extra minutes and it was great. Very risotto-esque.

fantastic. i didnt use onions because i dont like chunks of onions, but used onion flakes instead. it turned out amazing. i also added a bit more seasonings, but the chicken was so juicy. will definitely make again

Very good! I hardly changed the recipe, which is rare for me. I used about 2 tbsp dried parsley in place of fresh. I added 8 oz fresh chopped mushrooms when the chicken was added, and used almost double the cheese. I also added a dash of red pepper flakes to give a little kick. I had to cook the rice about 18 minutes to get it tender. This was creamy and delicious!

Amazing! Super simple and I only had my stock pot, measuring cup, a knife, and cutting board to clean up! As a busy mom of 2 this is a dream! I did squeeze the garlic into the pot on the last step and I’m am so glad I did!

I made it as stated and it was delicious. Huge smile from my daughter! The only thing she said was it needed more chicken so I would up the quantity of that. It does make quite a bit.
