    Added a touch of smoked paprika, drained diced tomato and 1/2 cup rice. Adjusted liquid to account for rice by adding more cream and stock

    Really satisfying cream of chicken soup without being overly creamy or too thin. Made this with chicken stock made in the instant pot & I highly recommend to use homemade stock.

    Tasty! Will make again. I used fresh thyme, and was out of celery. Otherwise followed the recipe, including the fresh rosemary garnish. Yum. So glad my college student son stopped by for dinner before a night of studying for finals. He loved it, too!
