  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (can sub grated Parmesan cheese but not Paleo)
  • 1 cup water (retained from boiling cauliflower)

One of my favorite soups to make and do delicious. I used grated parmesan instead of nutritional yeast. At dinner I served this in sour dough bread bowls and offered toasted ‘Durkee French Onions’ as a topping.
