This has always been one of my favorite casseroles. It tastes less casseroley. Very creamy, rich, tasty, and versitle...even for picky eaters. The only problem is it can be kinda addicting so if you have teens, big eaters, or big families I would double it so the size can fit your family. Also it is a very rich food so serving a fresh green veggie and a w it always makes me feel healthier lol!

It was good; however, I recommend doubling the recipe as it wasn’t enough for a family of four. I did add more chicken than it called for and some of my own spices to give the chicken some flavor.

This was excellent...I made a few mods as I am the over seasoner of life...parsley some pepper, some salt, and used whole breasts and poured the mixture of them and covered with the crackers. Less “casseroley” that way...more of an entree. Super delicious!

Everyone loves this! Not hard to make. Not too many ingredients to remember to pick up. I added peas and cooked chunks of potatoes in mine and added a crust using a Pillsbury crescent sheet.
My family loves this comfort food dinner! We leave off the poppy seeds & serve this over sprouted brown rice to amp up the nutrition factor. Making this tonight & it's smelling amazing! Thanks for this comfort food classic.
this was amazing!! added some parm cheese and my own seasoning.... heated some sistersherb rolls and chowed down!!! deff gunna make this plenty more times!!!

Sooooo good! I added steamed broccoli and sautéed onions & garlic with a little shredded cheddar. So amazing!
Amazing! I made corn to go with it and it was so tasty! Definitely going to be a regular meal.
Now that was a nice surprise. Placing the broccoli in the mixture before cooking worked a treat!

Amazing! Loved this. I didn't have enough Ritz crackers so i threw in some Toppable ones too, which seem to be the same thing. I also didn't know how to measure a "sleeve" of crackers so I just made sure to cover the whole thing with a generous layer.

Not too impressed this seems more like a dip than a casserole . I even added bacon, broccoli and cheddar cheese to the dish! Flavor was fine but probably won’t make it again.
Delicious! No modification and I would make it again! So easy and my 3 and a half year old loved it!

It tasted okay but didn't really make as much as I thought. It ended up being only a part of a whole meal instead of what I was hoping to be a one dish total meal.

It turned out really good I will definitely be making this again. I also think it will go really good with some rice.
soo good. reminded me of my grandma's. I doubled the recipe and added about 2/3rds of a can of mixed veggies. I would love to add water chestnuts like my grandma used to or at least a little something to add more of a crunch. Even still, 5/5 stars because my boyfriend's grandma asked for the recipe!

It turned out great! I loved the consistency...not too thick, not too runny. Also, I added a few things: peas, spaghetti squash, small chopped onions, shredded cheese, and Italian bread crumbs (to the ritz crackers). Great recipe!

Good and easy to make. I added 1 cup frozen peas and substituted alfredo sauce for the cream of chicken soup. Great weeknight dinner. served with a side salad.
