This turned out to be very flavorful. I used a little olive oil instead of cooking spray, added 1 more garlic clove, used garlic salt instead of Kosher, and as far as mushrooms I used half baby portabella and half white button. I really liked the addition of the vinegar and mustard, it added in some nice acid to the dish. My husband and family enjoyed it, will make again.
