I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for awhile. I love Chicken Marsala from the Cheesecake Factory but it’s far enough away that I can’t go there very often. This recipe was amazing! I won’t need to travel at all because I can make it at home!

The sauce was easy and good. I wish I had a larger pan for the chicken, but it was a success overall

I added rice as a side because the sauce was still liquidy . But it was really good.

It passed the taste test and I was instructed to make another batch of sauce. I’m sensitive to garlic, so I added a scallion when sautéing the mushrooms.

I liked it but the sauce could have been thicker. The mushrooms were REALLY good!!!

This turned out great! I only had a couple deviations: I used fresh minced garlic in the oil before the mushrooms instead of garlic powder and I also let the sauce reduce a little longer than 10 minutes (based on some other reviews). My husband and I thought this was delicious and we will definitely be making it again!

Turned out delicious. Perhaps the sauce can be a bit thicker.

We loved this recipe! I did not have the Marsala wine so I tried the suggestion and it worked fine. I did use fresh garlic and paired it with fettuccine noodles this was delicious. Easy to make so I will try this again.

It was pretty good. I doubled the sauce based off of other reviews and was glad I did. I found it to be pretty bland at first but added an onion, chopped and sautéed, sea salt, extra garlic, and an extra splash of Marsala and it was very yummy. The sauce was pretty thin but it’s not too hard the thicken sauces so that wasn’t a problem in the long run. I also tossed the chicken in flour before cooking it. I will absolutely be making this again with those minor tweaks.

Great recipe! Fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. No ground mustard. Lightly flour chicken cutlets before sautéing. Tripled the sauce. Served over egg noodles. Thank you! ~ Chef Kate

It turned out pretty good. My chicken was a little tough but I should probably tenderize it next time. And my sauce was thinner than I expected. But overall good flavor. Going to try simmering the chicken in the sauce longer next time so more of the flavor comes through.

It tasted wonderful, was very sweet and creamy! Absolutely loved it but I recommend doubling the sauce, if you're making any kind of side or base you'll need more sauce. This makes just barely enough sauce for the chicken when done as the directions say. Aside from that, fantastic!
