The BEST I’ve ever had - my family agrees! It was time consuming but worth it. Perfect with Mexican Street Corn (which I doctor up a little bit.) If you have a kid who like to help in the kitchen, this is the perfect meal to make together. My daughter and I bond when cooking together. Also great with saffron rice. I recommend holding back some marinade to pour over at the end. I would also marinade overnight or as much as you can.

It was delicious!!! Put a little fajita seasoning on my chicken and made a batch with chili’s and without and some with refrained beans as well!

Really yummy!! Also easier than I thought it would be. I used chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts and it worked well.

This dish is tasty ,easy, and my Grandchildren love it. I would enjoy sight more if ingredients and directions were on same page.
