  • 1 clove garlic (smashed and minced)
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (freshly)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning (blend)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika (a sprinkle of)
  • parmesan (extra, for topping)
  • 1 sauce (on hand to thin the, at the end as needed. I'll sometimes add a few extra tablespoons at the end.)
  • 1 stalk broccoli slaw (into, for salads or coleslaw, or by juicing it along with your favorite fruits and veggies!)
