The sauce doesn’t thicken up very much, but totally not a big deal. This turned out delicious! I added broccoli and left out the chicken:)

Sauce needs to be a bit thicker but that could have been user error. Good recipe. I punched it up a bit with more sausage and smoked paprika. I also made my own Cajun spice mix for the chicken and cooked it a bit again after cutting it up.

Yummmm! Will make again. Used sweet sausage instead (it was the only thing I had) and it was so good.

very good! I did not add the mushrooms since we don't like them. Couldn't find any fresh parmesan so i had to settle for the bottle of parmesan. I also bought cajun flavored sausage, turned out spicy but still very good. Husband gave it a 9 out of 10! Will be making again.

I don’t usually leave reviews good or bad, but this dish was worth it. It was amazing! I used light cream instead of heavy cream, did not add salt (bc I believe the butter I used was salted) & instead of sausage and mushrooms I added shrimp, red bell pepper, and a little spinach. The sauce was a little too runny for my liking so I added a little flour water mix to thicken it. I will definitely make this dish again, great recipe!

I added some shrimp in addition to the chicken and sausage I couldn’t locate any andouille sausage, which is what I really wanted to use but it wasn’t bad. I do wish there was just a tad bit more spice, but the flavors are still great

it was an easy recipe. it reminded me of an entire at Olive Garden or some Italian restaurant. My wife and I really enjoyed it. I will use the recipe again but I think I'll kick it up a notch by adding shrimp.

I liked it a lot. Next time I’ll take the instructions more seriously. I used the jar of Parmesan not the real fresh Parmesan cheese. So in the sauce at the bottom of the pot was just half melted cheese that wouldn’t blend into the sauce lol. It was all clumpy. Luckily I saved the dish by scooping out the fake cheese. The Parmesan that didn’t melt all the way gave it a lot of flavor and slightly thickened it as well. I got lucky.

This dish had a lot of flavour (scraping the brown bits off the bottom of the pan is key!!). I added some sautéd diced onion and probably more Cajun seasoning then the recipe called for. Sauce was a little on the thin side which is why I gave it 4 stars, but adding a cornstarch slurry or rue would help thicken.
