My greatest baking succes so far and everyone adored it. I made it with a 1 by 1 by 2 crust since these ready made pie crusts are not available where i live (125 gr sugar/125 gr butter/250 gr flour/p. of salt) which was more than enough. I also added two tsp's of vanilla extract to the custard mix (remember never to pour extract directly over eggs. Stir through sugar first).

This is honestly the best pie I've ever made and I'm not normally a huge fan of blueberry pie but this is absolutely amazing. I didn't change the recipe at all, and I have made it at least 10 times. I highly recommend it.
