- cheese (Panela, may substitute mozzarella, shredded)

Directions
- Combine the avocado, beans, and half a cup of water in the blender and liquify. Add the chipotle, cumin, and cilantro. Blend.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the puree. Add more water if necessary, the mixture should be creamy. Heat until it begins to bubble, remove from heat, and serve, sprinkled with cheese.
