    This recipe was just ok. I fell like it needed something. I think it needs to have more sauce. Mine was very dry. I really don’t think the cottage cheese was a good fit for this dish. I think it can be good just need a good chef to figure out what it needs to make it much better.

    It was a recipe that needed to go a step further. I was not a huge fan of the sour cream and cottage cheese mixture as the recipe outlines. I had to add parsley in the mixture, Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes to cut down the sour taste. At the end I sprinkled mozzarella cheese on top. Quick recipe but needed some oomph.
