I didn't read the instructions ahead of time. so I missed the window to cook this in the crockpot. I improvised by cutting my chicken breast into strips, wrap in bacon and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min. Then, broiled for about 5-10 min to crisp bacon. While chicken was cooking I made a cream cheese sauce in a microwave safe bowl. It turned out very good.

Pretty good. Made it in the crockpot, most of the filling seeped out but still great flavor!!!

It turned out great! It was easy and I put it in the oven (instead of the slow cooker) for a little while and made sauteed green beans with onion slices and my toddler loved it! Also, made it with garlic and oinion philidelphia cream cheese!

This turned out way better than expected. Will definitely be keeping this in my dinner rotation! I added some berbere spice, just a pinch, and it was perfect.
