  • 2/3 cup milk (I use skim)
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (optional - see notes)
