- 8 ounces cream cheese (227 g)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts (396 g, drained, rough chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients in KitchenAid® 3.5 Cup Food Chopper Work Bowl. Set to Chop and Process for 1-2 minutes until ingredients are well combined and artichoke is well chopped.
