  • 3 tablespoons butter oil

  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine (or 1/4 C extra stock if you don't use wine)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (or a handful of freshly chopped parsley)
