I loved this recipe, very easy, however, I substituted whipping cream in place of milk.
One of the best creamed spinach recipes I have tried!

Very good side. Served as a side w smoked ham. Used nonfat milk to help reduce fat. Did use butter for creamy texture.

Wow, I was looking for a recipe without the cheese, I t came out so so good, I was eating it before dinner actually finished. Will definitely make it again!!!

I loved this recipe. It was the first time doing it. I added some our cream. Wow. My dad enjoyed it... he is a fussy eater. So that was great!!! He asked me to do it again.
