Very easy! I left out the cheese and sour cream, and added a little lemon and sesame seeds. It was good! I’ll be making it again to add into omelettes!

Didn’t have fresh spinach on hand. Used canned spinach instead. I really like Parmesan, so I probably tripled my amount. And I used 3 cloves garlic since the can is 13 oz spinach. Delicious & quick!

I used a box of frozen spinach and got great results. Also, I used real parmesan instead of that cardboard stuff in a Kraft container.

My family loved this. I did not have sour cream so used finely shredded white cheddar. It worked, but is not as good as sour cream. It had a thicker consistency and globes together more.

Easy and turned out well. The only slight change I might make is to add a tad bit of cream cheese for a smoother texture .
