  • 6 pork chops (Mini, 0.38 lbs OR 2 Regular Sized Pork Chops)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • instant white rice

    Directions

    1. Brown pork chops in a pan
    2. Once browned, add the can of cream of chicken soup + the 1 can of water
    3. Simmer 30-60mins (the longer you simmer the more tender the pork chops will be) (feel free to add extra water to keep the "gravy"/soup from burning/evaporating too much)
    4. When ready to eat, make instant rice and serve under the pork chops with the "gravy"/soup
