This soup has a delicate balance of seasonings with creaminess that is hard to describe. It tastes almost like a sauce, and it could be used as such. It is elegant enough to serve at the fanciest of dinner parties, yet feels like comfort food you would want on a bad day. It is extraordinarily delicious.
