    It was good. I used 1/4 less margarine, Mexican cream instead of milk, blended the veggies and stranded them (but left some of the blended ones in); added one poblano pepper, garlic powder and corn. Yum!

    Good It was easy...a little bland, but was great as a cup of soup appetizer.
