Ingredients

1 cauliflower
1 large potatoes
1 leeks
1 onions (medium)
water (or a mild broth)
milk
ground cumin
salt
pepper
oil
ham
oil (spicy, optional)

Directions

1Cut the cauliflower, potato, onion, and leek into small pieces and boil for half an hour covered with water or a light broth.
2When done, add salt and pepper to taste, a little oil, a little milk, and a pinch of cumin. Beat well to mix all the ingredients and obtain a cream.
3You can also add some lightly fried ham and a few drops of spicy oil (optional).
