    Soup turned out great and everyone in the family enjoyed it. As suggested by another review, garlic fell a little short. Also I found the soup very thick compared to what I would prefer.

    This is a great soup to make for beginners! Definitely taste check for salt after mixing the broccoli purée into the milk/butter/flour mixture - I find that the soup requires a lot more salt than the recipe calls for. I also add black pepper, cayenne pepper, nutmeg and a heap of garlic powder for a more flavourful soup

    Just fantastic! My favorite winter soup.
    Turned out better than expected and would definitely make it again. Served with Italian style croutons on top delish!

    Yum! Really easy recipe to follow and really tasty! Instead of water I used vegetable stock and I also added two handfuls of parmigiana cheese! Will make again :)

    Very yummy soup! I just added a couple of green chilies to spice it up.
    I added some bacon as well as nutmeg and other seasonings and it was delicious. My husband hates broccoli and he had seconds.

    It turned out really well. I will use coconut milk next time to take out the dairy, but it was a big hit with my family.

    So easy and so good. I used homemade turkey stock and I added heavy cream. This does produce a very thick soup, but it can easily be thinned out with milk. I gave some to a friend and she said it was the best soup she ever had. I'm making again asap!
