  • asparagus (washed and tough part snapped off)
  • Sausage
  • oil
  • water
  • salt

    Directions

    1. Bring a little water to a boil and cook asparagus until soft.
    2. Once cooked, drain water, add a small amount of oil, and cook sausage in same pot.
    3. Once the sausage is cooked, put everything in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely creamy.
    4. Taste for any missing seasonings, and wah-la! Easy, and ready to add to some al-dente pasta!
