  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi Seasoning (can substitute equal parts soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce)
  • 3/4 cup pistachios (salted, shelled and finely chopped)
  • tortilla chips (or tostadas for serving)

Directions

  1. Prick the cream cheese all over with a fork.
  2. Spread the Worcestershire sauce and Maggi seasoning over the cream cheese.
  3. Coat the surface with the chopped pistachios
  4. Serve with the tortilla chips.

At first, I was a little worried about this one. It's definitely a way to change up normal cream cheese. I liked the taste, but I actually kind of wanted to spice it up even more. I may add my own spices next time. The pistachios do bring a nice balance to the mixture though. Loved it as a tip with tortillas.
