Ingredients

  • 200 grams flour
  • 4 grams yeast
  • 1 eggs
  • 50 grams extra-virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams salami (or smoked ham, diced)

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, egg, oil, cream cheese, salt, and salami or ham. Mix together until a dough forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place the bowl in a warm place and allow it ot rise for 1 hour.
  2. 2Form the dough into 9 rolls and place in lined bread pans. Use extra flour as necessary as the dough will be sticky.
  3. 3Allow the dough to rise for another hour in a warm place.
  4. 4Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5Place the pans in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
