Description

This gluten free cream cheese and potato gratin is easy to make and ready in less than an hour. Tuna and bacon make this casserole a full meal in one pan. Substitute vegetables for the tuna and bacon to make a vegetarian version.

Ingredients

4 potatoes (medium, 1 per person)
3 cans tuna
150 grams fresh mushrooms
75 grams bacon (cut in thin slices)
1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
cheese (Yellow, choice, grated, to gratin)

Directions

1Peel potatoes, and cut in cubes. Boil in salted water.
2Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3Cut the mushroom in large slices.
4Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan. When it is hot, add the bacon and mushrooms.
5When bacon and mushrooms are golden, add the tuna, and mix. Let cook just until tuna is hot.
6Arrange the potatoes in a baking pan, and add the tuna mixture.
7While everything is still hot, add the cream cheese, and mix well.
8Sprinkle with gratin cheese, and bake until the cheese is golden and toasty.
9Serve immediately!
