Doubled up on all ingredients. I baked in oven for 45 minutes at 375 instead of pan searing. Family loved and said it was their favorite thing I've ever made. I didn't care too much for it.

It was really good & maybe I’m some kind of idiot, but the chicken didn’t cook evenly for me. I kind of wish there were instructions on how to cook it in the oven.

Wonderful! I was afraid the chicken wouldnt get cooked through and the cheeses would ooze out! The chicken was perfect and it was done just as the cheese started to ooze. I will make this many more times for sure!

Absolutely fulfilling! I have been watching my carb intake for a bit now and was looking for something to satisfy my cravings. The ooey-gooey, cheese made me feel like I was cheating. The toothpicks are mandatory, otherwise the cheese melts out of the chicken and coats the pan. Super easy to make and it tastes delicious!
