It's good. I used 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (by accident) and it was great! Next time I'm trying it with lemon flavor

It has a great taste and a nice crust!! Mine was a bit too crumby so it doesn’t look picture perfect but the taste was spot on!! I also didn’t cook for entire 1 1/2 hours, I took out of the oven (325) with about 10 mins remaining on the timer. Will definitely make again!!

Let me preface this by saying that I’m new to baking and this was my first attempt at making a pound cake. I used some of the batter to make six small cakes and placed the rest in a bundt pan. The large one in the bundt pan turned out delicious just baked a few minutes too long. The six smaller cakes turned out good as well but I placed too much batter in each and slightly over cooked them as well. Pictured below is one of the little six cakes made. The fresh strawberry glaze I made did make up for the slightly dry taste. Strawberry glaze (fresh strawberries, vanilla extract, sugar. All marinated together).
