- 80 mL olive oil
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 190 grams flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 plums (washed, cut in half)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- powdered sugar (to decorate)

Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180C. Grease the baking pan with olive oil, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, oil, sugar and lemon zest. Mix to combine.
- Add 1 egg, incorporate. Repeat with the other egg.

I made this cake exactly to the recipe. It turned out really badly. It cannot be eaten. I had to throw it out. I give it no stars.
