  • 80 mL olive oil
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 eggs
  • 190 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 plums (washed, cut in half)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • powdered sugar (to decorate)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven at 180C. Grease the baking pan with olive oil, set aside.
    2. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, oil, sugar and lemon zest. Mix to combine.
    3. Add 1 egg, incorporate. Repeat with the other egg.

    I made this cake exactly to the recipe. It turned out really badly. It cannot be eaten. I had to throw it out. I give it no stars.
