Description
Cream cheese is incorporated into ths eight-ingredient cracker dough, paving the way for tender, flaky crackers with a touch of tanginess. Parmesan and black pepper add savory flavor. You'll need a rolling pin and, ideally, a cookie cutter, though you can also cut the cackers into rectangles or squares using a knife if need be. - 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions
- Combine the cream cheese in a bowl with the egg yolk, butter, parmesan cheese, a pinch of ground pepper, salt, and a tablespoon of chopped chives.
- Add the flour to the mixture in the bowl and knead until the dough is of the same consistency as shortbread dough.
- Shape the dough into a ball, cover it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
