- 250 grams chocolate (Philadelphia, Brick Cream Cheese, softened)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 225 grams sweet chocolate (Baker's Semi-)
- desiccated coconut (extra, for garnish)

I made these and they were outstanding; I ate far more than was good for me! I had regular cream cheese so I used that but I will definitely make them again and try it with the chocolate kind!
