Ingredients

  • 125 grams flour
  • 50 grams nuts (powder)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 80 grams dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams melted butter
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 40 grams dried cranberries

Directions

  1. 1Mix the flour, nut powder, and baking powder.
  2. 2Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted butter then the milk while mixing.
  3. 3Add the dry mixture to egg mixture, then add the cranberries.
  4. 4Heat a frying pan (about 24 cm in diameter) with a dab of butter.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into the hot pan. Cover, and cook it for about twenty minutes over low heat, until the cake is completely stiff.
  6. 6Using a plate, turn over the cake, and cook it for about 5 minutes on the other face.
