Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, or cilantro, plus extra leaves for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 lime (zested and juiced)
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat (drained)
  • 1 seedless cucumber (sliced)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, parsley, mustard, seasoning mix, 1/2 tsp lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice. Season. Place a heaping teaspoon on each cucumber slice. Garnish with parsley leaves.
