I thought it was good. My family loved it. I didn't have curry powder so I used a little turmeric and garam masala.

This is a good dish. Tasty and filling. I substituted with asparagus (because that's what I had on hand). I sautéed 1/2 cup chopped red onion and the crabmeat. To the béchamel mixture (made from roux), I added more milk because it was kind of pasty by the instructions I followed. I also added shredded parmesan and Montreal seasoning to that, no lemon. For the breadcrumbs I used panko because they come out more crunchy than regular bread crumbs. Husband liked it and has asked me to make it again.

Tried this tonight and it turned out great! Didn't have shredded cheese so used cheddar cheese slices to cover the broccoli. Will definitely make again. One question though, what happened to the onion? I put it in with the crab and lemon juice and it worked

Seafood lovers will find this to be the perfect casserole for them. My son loves crab meat and seafood in general. I don't like it very much, but it is his favorite. I usually cook it for him, and make myself something vegetarian.
