    Great. The butter did separate from the milk.

    Really good and easy. Used salted butter and fried crushed fresh garlic in it with maybe 20 grams of some left over panchetta before adding the peppers. Then threw the crab meat into the sauce with the zest of one lemon and sautéed a minute before adding the pasta. Squeezed a bit of lemon over when serving.
