I made similar to this today but Keto Diet friendly. Using Panchetta instead of bacon, Mediterranean crumbled cheese and the last bit of goat cheese, colorful bell peppers and spinach.

Loved this! It does make to much for one shell, but the extra made excellent scrambled eggs. I added baby spinach.

Great! Although it says to use a deep dish pie pan if you lack the tart tin, there was way too much volume for a deep 9” pie pan. As in it could’ve easily made a quiche and a half. Would recommend an onion and a half instead of 2 and maybe eating two or three of your bacon strips outside of the quiche.

Used Gouda instead of sharp cheddar and it was super tasty!

Use TWO regular size (not deep dish) frozen crusts! This quiche was silky, filling, & delicious, but it made WAY too much for one deep-dish pie crust. I had to text my neighbor to ask if she wanted "the other quiche". This recipe could be divided by half to make one quiche.

Julie & Rod 28 Apr 2018
Made this for Rod this morning and it was fantastic. He said it was like having an entire breakfast in every bite. My only advice is to save yourself the trouble I had, line the baking sheet with foil because cleaning the baking sheet from the "overflow" was daunting. It puffed up a bit while cooking and slightly spilled over. We will make this for company sometime.

This is my go to quiche recipe. I use half as much onion and substitute with whole milk instead of cream and ham instead of bacon for a less indulgent version, perfect for week day breakfast/ lunch. My coworkers are always envious!

I put way to many onions in it, and it overpowered the flavor. It was still good, but I think I'm going to cut back on the onions, add hash browns and go from there. Also I did not use the pie crust. I oiled my glass pie pan and it worked perfectly.

I loved this recipe. I made it for work added cooked sausage and country ham to the crunchy bacon in it. Needless to say there were no leftovers for me to take home. I prepped everything the night before and omitted the onions. I also used a 9 inch round baking pan. I had to roll out the pie crust a bit to make it come all the way up on the sides. LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!!! thanks yummly
