I was not pleased my pork chops were tough and seasoning was very bland. Will mark this off my recipe list
Jorica Farrell 1 Nov 2018
Very yummy!! I only had 3 chops so the sauce were a bit too much.

great, everyone loved it

Juicy until I plated it. Ketchup was overpowering and I should have seared it first because the texture was not right.
Nikki D. 6 Jun 2018
Sauce was super thin and the taste was ketchup. This recipe could definitely be fixed by adding some soy and honey or hot sauce....chops were tender tho
June S. 5 Jun 2018
Thank you It was very tasty and tender with nice sauce. I will make it again.
Leah 17 May 2018
Very tasty, taking off the foil near the end helped reduce the liquid
Regina K. 4 May 2018
Big hit! Definitely making it again
Wilson 4 May 2018
I thought it was great but my family thought the sauce could have called for more ketchup.
Kelsey Davis 21 Apr 2018
It was very juicy. Make more sauce than it calls for, I’d say double recipe.
Corbin 19 Apr 2018
Really tasty! And simple...this is a keeper.
Darren Lay 9 Apr 2018
Great! Seems I always over season my meat (more is better) trying to make it better.
Melanie Staudt 16 Mar 2018
Not bad, but not fantastic. The sauce ends up being very watery once the juices accumulate from the pork.
Kristen Kippel-Gonzalez 26 Feb 2018
Took the tin foil off a little earlier then stated, still turned out good
Michael Durand 21 Feb 2018
It was okay, a little too much sweet and tasted too much like ketchup.
Arrick S. 3 Feb 2018
I only coated one side of the chops but next time I’ll do both
Franchesca De Hoyos 23 Jan 2018
It was delicious!!! I’ll definitely make it again!!!

These were very flavorful (but I tend to be heavy-handed on the fresh ground pepper), and everyone in the family enjoyed them. The recipe on the webpage has been updated to state that the brown sugar and ketchup are to be mixed with only 1 tablespoon of water, rather than the 1/2 cup listed on the Yummly ingredients; sauce was not runny at all. I did not need to baste, but I did remove the foil halfway through. To get the onions a little more browned, I broiled on high for a few minutes at the end of cooking, I thought the onions really made the dish, but my kids picked them off. Recommended as a quick, tasty weeknight dinner!

Lots of liquid in the pan, but it didn't affect the taste of the chops. Really good!
