I think i cooked it just a tad too long. But all in all it was selicious and my 4 yr old actually ate it.

Juicy until I plated it. Ketchup was overpowering and I should have seared it first because the texture was not right.

Sauce was super thin and the taste was ketchup. This recipe could definitely be fixed by adding some soy and honey or hot sauce....chops were tender tho

I thought it was great but my family thought the sauce could have called for more ketchup.
It was very juicy. Make more sauce than it calls for, I’d say double recipe.

Really tasty! And simple...this is a keeper.
Great! Seems I always over season my meat (more is better) trying to make it better.
Not bad, but not fantastic. The sauce ends up being very watery once the juices accumulate from the pork.
Took the tin foil off a little earlier then stated, still turned out good
It was okay, a little too much sweet and tasted too much like ketchup.

These were very flavorful (but I tend to be heavy-handed on the fresh ground pepper), and everyone in the family enjoyed them. The recipe on the webpage has been updated to state that the brown sugar and ketchup are to be mixed with only 1 tablespoon of water, rather than the 1/2 cup listed on the Yummly ingredients; sauce was not runny at all. I did not need to baste, but I did remove the foil halfway through. To get the onions a little more browned, I broiled on high for a few minutes at the end of cooking, I thought the onions really made the dish, but my kids picked them off. Recommended as a quick, tasty weeknight dinner!

Lots of liquid in the pan, but it didn't affect the taste of the chops. Really good!
Pork chops were juicy, and the sauce pairs very nice with the pork chops
Very simple, cheap, DELICIOUS recipe! I would definitely recommend. I did however leave the tin foil on too long so mine turned out a little soupy but still delicious!

I made these per the instructions but didn't have an onion so had to leave that out. My son said he believes that was the best tasting, juiciest, most tender chops I have ever made...and I agree. Who knew after years of trying recipes with dozens of spices, rubs and marinades that ketchup and brown sugar would win out? This was quick, easy and inexpensive. Thank you for my new go to pork chop recipe!

I liked the taste but my husband was not crazy about it; however, he is not a fan of change. The chops were very tender and juicy.

I added onion powder to the sauce. I cooked it in a skillet, covered, for 15 minutes. I then placed it in the oven uncovered for another 10-15. Lastly, I put the broiler on for 5-7 minutes. The liquid thickened and tasted great. Have to be careful not to burn the sauce.

It was awesome. I used seasoned salt to put on the chops then I put the sauce on. Then instead of onions I put French fried onions on top. My kids and I like them better. It wasn’t too watery because I left out some water from the sauce.

It was Ok kept the pork chops nice and moist. I think the maybe using less water in the Sauce might help. It is missing something to give it the wow taste.

Love love love this! My kids cleared their plates and had seconds! Even the overly picky 5 year old!
In the Caribbean we love our meat well seasoned so I had to add a little more seasoning but it was good otherwise
